DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

We want all of our customers to receive our products in excellent condition. If you believe that anything in your order is defective in any way, please contact us by emailing enquiries@dhuperformance.com and we will aim to help you as fast as possible.

 

  • Delivery of goods

 A summary of our delivery arrangements are as follows:

UK deliveries: your garments will be sent using a Royal Mail tracked service or a similar courier service.

European Union (EU) and International deliveries: your garments will be sent using Royal Mail Airsure or a similar courier service.

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Items should arrive within 3 working days of ordering in the UK. Orders made from elsewhere within the EU should allow up to 5 working days for delivery and for international deliveries up to 10 working days. In exceptional cases deliveries may take longer than this estimate.

  • Delivery charges

We have standard delivery charges, dependent on shipping location. Multiple item orders will only attract only one charge.

  • Sales tax / Duty and Customs

All prices referred to on our website are in British pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. If your order is being despatched outside the EU then the VAT charge will be deducted from your order. If your order is to be delivered outside the EU it may attract a local import duty and/or local sales tax which, if payable, you will be responsible for on receipt of the items. Any duty and customs charges will vary dependent on location.

  • Return of goods

We understand that returning goods that are purchased over the internet can be a time consuming process, so we want to make it as easy for you as possible. If you wish to return or exchange any Dhu garment purchased from our website please email enquiries@dhuperformance.com. We will then provide you with address details and relevant instructions.

Any items returned need be sent to us within 14 days of receipt by you and must be returned unused and unmarked, complete with the original packaging and labels. A copy of your invoice should be enclosed. Items that are returned that do not adhere to these instructions may not be able to be refunded.

When returning any goods to us, we strongly recommend you use a guaranteed postal or courier service with tracking service and appropriate insurance cover. Dhu cannot be held responsible for any goods that are intended to be returned to us but are lost in transit.

On receipt of returned goods, you will be issued with a refund made to the card originally used for payment or a BACs transfer, or we can arrange an exchange for a replacement garment if you would prefer. The amount of time that it takes to refund your card or process a BACs transfer will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Any original charges for postage and packing cannot unfortunately be refunded.
